It's not uncommon for people to forget their password. Not only does this forgetfulness cause you loss of productivity, but it can cause additional work for the Help Desk who must reset your forgotten password. Fortunately the Enterprise Portal provides a self-service feature to take care of this all-to-often occurrence.

1. Open a browser window and navigate to the Enterprise Portal login page.
2. Select the Forgot Your Password link as shown in the circle at left.

3. Select the Username text box then enter your Username as shown in circle #1 at left.
4. Select the Next button as shown in circle #2 at left.

5. Select the Answer text box then enter your response to the Security Question as shown in circle #1 at left.
6. Select the Submit button as shown in circle #2 at left.

9. The Enterprise Portal Logon Page re-appears indicating the process is complete. You will receive an automated Email notifying you of the new Temporary Password that has been assigned.
Now that you have seen a demonstration of the process and stepped through the pages one at a time, it's time for you to gain some proficiency with the process. Selecting the Play Exercise button at left provides you with an exercise of the process, which you can repeat as needed. Be sure to note any information given that you will need to complete the exercise.
